Warranty Details

 

Here at Xylo Bats, our hope is that our bats will bring joy to those who purchase one for years to come. That being said, we noticed a need to help make that happen and allow our customers to have peace of mind when purchasing one of our custom bats.

This is why we chose to offer a 1 year and 2 year warranty option to our custom wood bats. We understand that the concern with purchasing a wood bat is that it could break. This is a true concern, but we want to help alleviate that concern with these options. The warranty options are outlined as followed:

1 Year Warranty ($29.95): Our 1 year warranty option covers your custom bat for one year from the date you receive your wood bat. If the wood bat breaks within the 1 year of coverage, Xylo Bats will make a second bat with the same specs and customization as the first bat. The customer must email proof of the break to exchanges@xylobats.com in order to receive their new bat. This warranty option is good for one replacement bat from the original order.

2 Year Warranty ($49.95): Our 2 year warranty option covers your custom bat for 2 years from the date you receive your wood bat. If the wood bat breaks within the 2 years of coverage, the customer has the option to change the size of the bat (we understand within two years you or your ball player may be in a different size bat) and the replacement bat will be the same customization as the first bat. The customer must email proof of the break to exchanges@xylobats.com in order to receive their new bat. This warranty option is good for one replacement bat from the original order.

If a customer orders multiple custom Xylo Bats, each custom bat must be under its own warranty coverage. With further questions regarding our warranty option, please email support@xylobats.com
